Registration Deadlines
- Regular Registration Deadline: May 15, 2025
- Late Registration Deadline: June 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM EAT
Note for Students
Students must provide a copy of their student ID or a certification of student status from their university or school. This should be emailed to the conference office at [email protected]
What the Registration Fee Covers
- Access to all conference sessions, including the opening and closing ceremonies.
- Attendance at concerts on three evenings following conference sessions.
- Conference materials and name tags.
Accompanying Persons:
- The accompanying persons’ fee includes a half-day tour to one of the organized excursions.
- Accompanying persons may only attend in association with a registered delegate.
