All delegates should be members of PASMAE at the time of submitting abstracts, registration and during conference attendance.
If you are not a PASMAE member please become a member first before registering for the conference.

The full registration fee and PASMAE membership include:
- Conference bag with program, abstracts book, lanyard and name badge
- All general session presentations (papers, posters, workshops, demonstrations, symposia)
- Concerts
- Exhibitions of music vendors
- Morning and afternoon coffee/tea breaks with snacks
- Afternoon lunches
- Opening ceremony and cocktail event
- Closing ceremony
Please note that the conference fee excludes all travelling costs, excursions, accommodation and any other refreshments not included in the program.
